Enjoy experiencing your fragrance from the original bottle — even after opening — for up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

If the scent doesn’t match your expectations, you can request a return easily, with no explanation required.

  • Available up to two times per customer.
  • This policy applies to all RIVER COSMA products without exception.

 

Unopened Returns — Up to 28 Days

If the product remains unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 28 days from the invoice date, with ease.

 

Lifetime Atomizer Guarantee

Your experience matters to us… until the very last spray.

We provide a lifetime guarantee on the atomizer (spray mechanism).
Even if only 5% of the fragrance remains, you are entitled to request an atomizer replacement while preserving the remaining perfume inside the bottle.

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, all returns and exchanges are handled exclusively through our Customer Care Team, available 24/7.

Returns or exchanges are not processed through any retail branches.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days from the date the returned product is received and reviewed.

Shipping Costs

  • If shipping was free at the time of purchase → return shipping will be free.
